Art without a hall
A cooperation project for the blind and visually impaired
18. February 2024 / 11:30 AM - 01:00 PM
Almut Rix and Dr Michaela Wilk
The Kunsthalle zu Kiel has to close its doors to visitors due to several years of refurbishment. We therefore need to find new venues and formats for our various target groups. Until the Kunsthalle can offer its own art exhibitions at other venues in Kiel, we will cooperate with our neighbouring museums and collections (Museum of Medical History / Collection of Classical Antiquities).
First of all, on two dates (28.1./18.2.) we will embark on an artistic exploration of the human interior from the Stone Age to contemporary interpretation in audio-descriptive dialogue in combination with 3D models.
Admission and participation are free of charge.
Please note:
Due to the closure of the Kunsthalle zu Kiel for renovation, the programme will take place in the Medical and Pharmaceutical History Collection of Kiel University.
