Art without a hall
A cooperation project for the blind and visually impaired
08. December 2024 / 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Almut Rix and Dr Michaela Wilk
In 2019, 15 students and graduates of the Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts and Design presented artistic works in the Kiel Medical and Pharmaceutical History Collection on the question: "How can art support physical and psychological healing?" The works were created as part of a competition for art and design in the new buildings of the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH). The Kiel artist Elvira Bäfverfeldt will talk about this project in the "Kunst ohne Halle" and bring along the work she showed in the exhibition. Afterwards there will be time for questions to the artist and discussion in the group. Anyone who would like to get into the Advent spirit is cordially invited to bring along a little something.
