Creative – Here and Now!
A special service for people with cancer

Led by: Dr Nina Jaenisch, art historian and art therapist
This special art programme invites people living with cancer to draw strength from their own artistic endeavours. Mindfulness and creativity enhance well-being, reduce stress and help participants cope with intense emotions. Each session begins with a guided exercise that focuses attention on the here and now and provides creative inspiration. Participants then experiment individually with watercolours, pastels and oil pastels. No prior experience is required.
Free of charge. Participants may attend multiple sessions.
