Turbo weaving

In the "Turbo Weaving" workshop, you will learn the basics of weaving in a fun way. Using small weaving frames, you will create many individual mini rugs from colourful yarns and various materials. You will experiment with colours, structures and patterns and implement your own ideas step by step. You can try out, combine and discover everything that is possible in weaving. In the end, you will hold your own little woven works of art in your hands. Two creative minds from the fields of textile art and illustration - Miriam Hartung and Hanna Mohr - will supervise the workshop.

Attention! The Kunsthalle is currently being renovated, so the programme will take place opposite in the Seeburg. The Kunsthalle has a workshop room there - access from the waterside.
